“What game are you playing again, Shyreiana!” the man shouted.

“Ranulf! I am here to demand compensation!” Shyreiana wrapped her feathery wings around her naked figure.

“What compensation?!” Ranulf asked.

“Compensation for humiliating me in front of my beloved Master!” She replied. “How dare you run away and refuse to submit to his grace!”

“I would rather die than submit to that evil!” Ranulf replied.

“Humph! Figured you would say that,” she said, “but I am not known to be an unreasonable woman, I demand something else now!”

“Demand something?! After killing and destroying half the city!” Ranulf bellowed.

“Baseless acquisitions! Humph!” she pointed at the soldiers lying on the pool of blood and mucus.

“Who did I kill? Look over there, they are still alive, aren’t they…well, most of them anyway, hehe,” she added.

“You!” Ranulf shouted before he took back the words he tried to say.

Rubbing his forehead, he sighed in dejection, “Men! Take them to the infirmary!”
