Jian has won the 3rd sect war and has returned to the sect after that he has asked about the disciples who were not able to breakthrough to foundation building realm even though the elders helped them.

After that he found that the disciples talents were more than enough to breakthrough to the foundation building realm. Something else was holding them back and that was their understanding of the cultivation techniques and cultivation realms.

So for that he decided that he would hold lectures for everyone in the sect and in that lecture he will allow other elders and disciples who have reached foundation building realm to explain their experience to others so that others will be able to gain what is meaning behind breakthrough to foundation building realm. 

So he has told Yu Yue and Yu Yang to gather everyone and after that Yu Yang came to inform him that everyone has gathered so Jian didn't waste time and flew towards the disciples area.
