Chapter 19: Sky Egg Final!
Inside the Sky Egg-
Heroes and the like were startled by the sudden shaking and creaking of the tower that they became nervous and tried using their phones to get news on what's happening.
But all of a sudden the power went out effectively making the venue shadowy dark, making the people resort to different sources of light, most used their phones while others used their quirks.
Currently, the heroes have suspected that there is a villain outside the tower that has the power to cause such disruption, and so they began brainstorming plans that they can make do with the available Heroes they have.
While others were thinking up what they can do, Present Mic was being Present Mic, shouting out his announcements that everything was caused by an earthquake and how it would be best to sit tight and relax.
*RUMBLE!*
*creakkk~*
With the constant creaking of metal, the heroes were starting to sweat due to nervousness and the number of potential casualties if this tower were to fall and collapse.

Meanwhile outside...
Kaga and Himiko were now going towards where the gaping hole is, when they neared the damaged area, they were shocked to find out how large the number of missing support structures there were.
"Nee~ Do you think we should start praying?", Himiko joked but was evidently nervous due to the shaking of her hands.
"I don't know yet, but let's support it with ice first, then start trying to shoot these exploding villains down", as Kaga said this she began blasting the structure with ice so that it won't tilt even further.
*BSHHHHHHH*
Himiko helped too by dragging her right palm as they moved and effectively adding more ice into it, saving Kaga of spending stamina, though Kaga had unbelievable amounts of it. She could make three glaciers worth of ice before needed rest.
(This doesn't account for manipulating it and other things, it's like the difference between driving in a straight road vs going into little zigzags but the same distance)
Their action didn't go unnoticed by Captain Celebrity, the moment they completed filling the hole up with ice, he decided to let go of the structure and trusting his instinct to trust the integrity of the patchwork.
Once he let go of the structure, it perfectly held up in place without even affecting the ice's durability.
Without the stress needed to hold up the tower, C.C. went to work punching the creature that has been constantly trying to strike him down with its own regenerating fists that explodes on impact.
The good thing in this is that with Koichi's help, he was able to use his signature move [Shooty-Go-Blam-Blam-Blam-Blam-Blam], which is a move that continuously fires repulsion bursts, effectively keeping the exploding villain at bay.
Shoto has also helped by burning the heads off of the creatures that are attempting to dive bomb to the tower, he also found out that if you destroy the brain, it won't be able to regenerate back and permanently killing it.
"Woohoo! We did it, now there's only three left!", Himiko exclaimed in glee to which Kaga just deadpanned at..."You're going to jinx us!", she said in fury.
"Pfftt~You read to muc-BOOM!", before she could even finish her sentences the remaining ones suddenly exploded and merged into one that was bigger than the previous one that took out a large chunk of the Tower.
"You were...SAYING!"
"Ha...haha", she nervously laughed.
While the two finished their short discussion, the humungous creature flapped its wings and began to circle back to the ice supports, probably planning to permanently explode the tower in half!
""...Sh-t""
Boosting the blood within her brain to help with the thought process and faster perception of time to make everything seem slower, Kaga started imagining huge chains of ice with a spear tip conjuring from her.
If a fan of the Fate Series were to look up at Kaga right now, they just might think of Gilgamesh's Chains of Heaven, or famously known as Enkidu is being used.
'Should I have a chuunibyou moment? Maybe I should!', Kaga thought and was already grinning from ear to ear, Himiko who saw this just facepalmed, "She probably thought of something weird again"
"[Arctic Chains!]"
The moment she shouted that...Himiko was about to die from second-hand embarrassment!
'I should've videoed that!', she thought wanting to have blackmail material on her best friend and just imagining her turn red from remembering it.
*clank*
*rattle*

Numerous chains of ice started to come out from Kaga's back and pierced forward, aiming at each limb of the monster. The moment it struck, flesh being pierced was immediately heard to those near it.
*SSshhluck!*
*Sphhhlt!*
*Sqwelp*
With its limbs pierced inside, it started to freeze the monster from the inside, rendering its regeneration useless when its cells are stuck in place...almost as if frozen in time.
"SCKREEECH!"
It released a high-pitched screech in its place to show a sign of resistance, as its head hasn't been frozen yet due to its strong regeneration factor trying to combat the frost.
The screech was irritating for Kaga but since it wasn't targeted towards her nor was it even strong enough, her concentration didn't falter, seconds later the entirety of its body became frozen then slowly encased in a layer of ice.
"Whose child is that?"
"..."
"*Whistles~*"
The heroes who have been watching for quite some time now were shocked, since the moment they were able to get out of the Sky Egg to handle the situation, they noticed that the situation was already being taken care of by the teens in front of them.
"Hah...phewww", Kaga exclaimed a breath of relief after seeing how close that exploding villain was to the tower since without a doubt its size suggested that it could blow the tower right off its balance.
With everything settled, Kaga lowered her platform down along with Shoto who already laying on the icy floor, attempting to cool down after entering that "Human Torch" mode.
Once lowered, she was immediately joined by heroes who could safely make it down, the likes of Best Jeanist, Ryukyu, and more.
"My, my, such young talents and already defeating villains and saving lives. Even though it's illegal to use quirks, I thank you three still for doing so", Ryukyu thanked the young teens having witnessed their strength.
The three only nodded as a sign of acknowledgment, except for Kaga who had a smug grin on her face, Shoto and Himiko looking at this only chuckled.
Soon, more Heroes gave their thanks for helping and showing immense courage and bravery for what they have done.
Moments later, a helicopter was landing within their vicinity with Eraserhead and Detective Tsukauchi on board, along with hoards of police cruisers driving to their location, probably to handle the situation.
But it seems...someone just doesn't know how to look the other way around and wanted to use their authority on the three children who used their quirks illegally.
The police officer who seemed to have the position as Police Chief of Tokyo City Police Station walked to Kaga first, since he wanted to rub that smug smile off her face.
"You three, I am here to put you under arrest for Vigilantism and Illegal Quirk use, please just follow me and we will talk in the station", his words caught the attention of everyone present...but what he didn't account for was Kaga's attitude.
"You? Going to arrest us?", Kaga asked wanting to make sure her PERFECTLY working ears weren't busted from stupidity leaking from this man in front of her.
"Yes.", he said still remaining calm and thinking everything is fine with what he is doing.
But what Kaga said next sent everyone sweating buckets of sweat instantly, "Nee~ illegal quirk use? What happens if I stop using my quirk that is supporting the tower right now?"
The Heroes and officers who heard this were shocked silent and immediately tried to calm the situation down since the lives of 60,000 people were still at stake. Except for Shoto and Himiko, since they already knew that she would never do such a thing.
A random Hero who came from the local area tried intervening, "Please calm do-!", but before he could even finish what he is saying Kaga immediately cut him off.
"Shut up."
Under Kaga's cold stare and voice, everyone was wide-eyed for the difference in attitude just moments ago, since before the Tokyo Police Chief arrived she seemed like a cheery young girl...but now... the complete opposite.
The Tokyo Police Chief was stunned, not expecting that someone would actually talk back to him...and with his pride on the line, he decided to press harder.
"Who do you thi-CRACK!"
Kaga who had enough of the prideful man blitz towards his position and with her hand on his face slammed him down onto the concrete ground creating a spiderweb of cracks.
Everyone watching this was shocked...the heroes who prided themselves in strength and speed actually couldn't even notice the fox girl move, it almost seemed like teleportation!
The police who watched this quickly placed their hands onto the holster of their guns since this was clearly an assault against a Police Officer.
Releasing her palm from the unconscious man she turned her gaze towards the other police officers, "With the amount of donation coming from the Asakura Family you would think all of you would become elites that can think. Not become this fat piece of sh-t."
Some officers were confused as to why she mentioned the Asakura Family in this since it was public knowledge to who they donate to. But some art starting to connect the dots.
*KWOK!*
She then proceeded to stomp the ex-Police Chief right in the middle of his belly, ignoring that some of the police's guns were already drawn towards her.
*POW!*
Kaga kicked the Police Chief once again, but this time it was strong enough to head towards the inside of an ambulance, "My family will be conducting a test on the entire Tokyo Police Force, we'll see if that donation is actually being used"
And with that, the trio walked towards the nearest bench to wait for their ride that will soon come, while leaving everyone who heard her words left hanging.
The officers and heroes who heard the words "Asakura Family" and "MY FAMILY" immediately faltered, they knew one thing is that that family holds massive sway and influence within Asia, especially in Japan.
"We can expect a pay cut already..."
"Let's see what happens in the next chapter"
