Chapter 65: Conflict

Qiu Tong had already arranged to meet the real estate agent to view houses, but halfway there, she received a call from the agent.

The agent told her apologetically that the owner of the house had something on and would only be back later.

Qiu Tong had no choice but to reschedule her appointment with the agent before heading home.

Her original intention was to make use of this rare free time to bring Ye Luan to buy some new clothes and supplies, before visiting the three children.

She did not expect to see a police car approaching her house.

"What are you doing outside my house?"

"We received a report saying that there was a homeless child here. The household registration office also said that the child's registered residence is not here."
