Chapter 64: Chapter Sixty Three: Agreement

After Navaya hung up the call, Becca stared at her phone for a while, blinking at it in confusion.

" What's wrong?" Leo asked, forcing Becca to tear her gaze away from her phone to look at him.

" Navaya is acting weird again" She blinked. " She said I shouldn't come to work anymore today." She looked back at her phone again in disbelief.

Leo walked towards her, took the phone out of her hands, and placed it back down on the nightstand, smiling when he saw Becca's brows knotted in confusion and cupped her face in his hands.

" What's with that look on your face?" Leo asked, biting the inside of his cheek to prevent himself from laughing and Becca looked up at him with a worried look in her eyes.
