Chapter 2: Chapter 1: Prologue
Everything is dark, I can't feel anything.
I try to move my body, but something is holding me back.
After I stopped struggling, I just kept quiet and started reminiscing about my past. In the past I was a assassin who worked for 16 years.
My clan is an ancient clan which is a ninja family that serves the Oda Clan under the leadership of Oda Nobunaga. I don't know much about clan history, but it seems after Oda Nobunaga's death our clan became inactive and forgotten by history.
Hundreds of years have passed, our clan lives hidden in a mountain as a family of assassins. We were taught killing techniques when we were 10, but I've been training since I was 8 because the elder said I'm a genius who learns clan techniques easily or so.
My first mission was when I was 10 years old to kill a corrupt official and I did it easily, even though it was my first assassination. I feel empty, this feeling is like you are stepping on an ant or slapping a mosquito that is sucking your blood.
My life is pretty easy actually, when I don't have any missions I just relax in my room reading novels or watching anime. And that calm was shattered when our clan was attacked, I was 15 years old at the time and from what I heard a young ninja was caught during a mission and he started leaking information about the clan after being tortured.
Our base is surrounded from all sides, even helicopters are watching us from the air. So as a smart person I did the only thing I could do, run away.
I mean, why should I fight in a hopeless situation when I can run away. Besides that I also don't have strong bond to the clan and the hell with honor, as an assassins we have thrown our honor to the bottom of the abyss. And that's how I survived the clan massacre incident.

It's 2021 now and I'm 26 years old, my life is quite comfortable even though I'm still doing assassination missions because I plunged into the dark side of the world to survive. At first I wanted to be a thief like Robin Hood but after thinking about the pros and cons, I finally decided to become a assassin in the underworld with an anonymous identity.
I only take missions once a month with decent pay and spend my days making love and watching anime, how fun.

The mission this time was to kill the queen of England, a pretty big target. Without wasting any time, I set off for England and made preparations.
The plan is quite simple, just sneak and slash the queen's head. Easy and simple. I'm quite confident because of my mastery in stealth, even the elder of my clan the oldest assassin in the world has a hard time detecting me.
Currently at 12 o'clock at night it's time to kill the queen. I went to the England palace wearing black light armor and black tights with a black helmet and black boots.

My armor and shoes are made with a special material, while my armor is very difficult to penetrate even with a barrage of machine guns or even sniper bullets, my shoes and gloves are made to make no sound and my favorite feature is the 'glue' which allows me to stick to the wall like Spiderman.
I sneaked in quite easily. There are many guards around but they are all like old people walking in the park, are these people taking their job seriously.
I just shook my head and immediately headed for the queen's room. I was given the palace plan by the client previously, so this makes my job easier.
I easily found the queen's room and as expected there was someone standing guard at the door.
Taking out my ninjato, I activated 'glue' and crawled up the wall. After getting on top of the two guards, I turned off the 'glue' and immediately slashed their heads.
Without wasting any time, I grabbed their heads and supported their bodies with my arms so as not to cause a commotion.
I put their bodies down slowly and opened the door of the queen's room. looks like the queen is sleeping well, at least she won't feel anything, I don't really like killing women but work is work.
After finishing my inner monologue, I raised my ninjato and immediately cut off her head.
Hu-uh, after sighing I immediately fled through the balcony and headed straight for my hotel room.
Took my cellphone I sent a message to the client with the text [mission complete] and immediately closed my eyes.
After a while, my cell phone rang and after looking at it I got a reply from the client that said [good job, goodbye]
I was quite confused by his reply but after a few seconds I got a bad feeling. I ignored everything and immediately ran out of the hotel but it was too late, because suddenly the whole hotel exploded with KABOOOMM~
And so the death of the last ninja on earth.
