Ryley tried to cover the reluctance on his face with a scoff, "Oh, that's good news."

His voice was shaking, and the nervous giggle should've made it obvious that he wasn't ready to hear it.

It's just that he was lucky the Alpha couldn't directly see the uncomfortable expression on his pretty face at this time.

Clyde lifted the corner of his lips into a faint smile, something pierced his chest when he heard Ryley's reply.

"Let me see you." He pleaded once again with his still dreamy gaze.

Ryley didn't let out a sound for a while, and when he woke up only to slump in the sofa, he wasn't even aware that his finger had moved on itself to tap on the camera button.

But once he did, he gripped the phone tightly, only showing his brown eyes and somehow crumpled brows. 

"Where are you going?" The blond spontaneously asked, his voice somewhat grunting.

In contrast, Clyde's blue eyes unknowingly turned bright when he heard it.
