The guy's pair of crimson irises blinked several times, as if unable to believe the sight before him.

"Why are you so surprised? Did you forget me already?" Ryley teased, looking up to the man's fiery bangs and peeked past his heightened stature that blocked the gap of the door. "Is Dr. Griffin at home? I need to see him."

As if not listening to the blond's last question, he slammed the door open and in a swift movement reached out his hands towards Ryley.
