Chapter 65: Kahtri

"Your presence is requested, Princess Syraah." A member of her tribe informed her.

Syraah and Orion had just finished dropping their harvest off near her home and they began gathering items to help Orion to connect with his guides. They collected herbs, a couple bottles of oils and a few other things Orion wasn't familiar with. Everything was placed in a satchel for them to take along with them.

"What is wrong, Khatri?" Syraah asked as he looked at her and then at Orion.

"Your father would like to speak with you…alone." He said hesitantly as he looked at Syraah.

Syraah spoke back and forth in their native language briefly. She seemed annoyed with him but Orion couldn't tell what they were speaking about. He had only learned a few words of her language since she spoke mostly English to him.

"Alright then. Orion, I will return soon." She said, then left with Khatri.
