Chapter 10: Getting My Father's Blessings
A two days later Rachel was discharged from the hospital. As a happy couple and son to be parents.
A short ride to Rachel's dad's place they arrived at the door step with the door opened for them as soon as Rachel got in the house she almost passed out when she saw her ex boyfriend in the house.
"What are you doing here? "said Rachel as clam as she could possibly be. "I came to see you and apologize and i want you back please give me a second chance. " said Ray (Rachel's ex ) .
"it's been five years since we broke up and i forgave you long ago but am engaged to the love of my life so beat it OK bye " said Rachel.
"Please have me back " said Ray "Guards, please come and show he the way out. " said Rachel.
"You heard the lady, get out before in kill you and feed you to my Lions " whispered David.
"Come get out, NOW! " said Max "By the way where is my dad? " said Rachel.
"He went out with the twins they should be back by now. Hey nice ring who's the lucky guy? " said Max.
"Well David and I are engaged and we are getting married next month. " said Rachel.
"Oh, OK congratulations, Ahh David can i talk to you real quick " said Max
"Yeah should, Rachel please go get some rest OK baby I'll be right back " said David
"OK I'll be in my bedroom OK " said Rachel.
"Dude did you forget what Rachel's Dad said about falling for his daughter, he specifically said that, you will be killed if you have any relations with his daughter" said Max.
"I know, that's why we are here to get his blessings for our marriage " said David.
"OK Mr lover boy good luck. " said Max. "yeah i will need it. " said David.
A few minutes later Rachel's dad came back home with the twins "Dadddddd, i missed you, oh my have you grown up since the last time i saw you two. " said Rachel hugging her dad tightly.
"I missed you too baby girl. " said Harry. "And dad David and i have something to tell you at dinner hope you be ready for it. " said Rachel.
At the dinner table Rachel and David held hands and Rachel made her statement, " Dad, i said that i had something to tell you and here it is, DAVID AND I ARE GETTING MARRIED. So we want your blessing before we get married." said Rachel.
"You have them, you have my blessings you can get married and congratulations" said Harry but in his mind he never wanted them to be together because he had a suitor for her already.
