Though Arthur remained silent, the boy had begun silently infusing cosmic energy into the Cosmic Teleporter on his hand, ready to use the remaining energy left in the first charge to escape if need be.
'If this guy gets even the least bit hostile, I'd activate it and jump into the portal instantly.'
Arthur was confident he was fast enough to do so before the other party could react. His power over time would play a huge part in this though.
However, he had not done so yet for one simple reason.
The man lacked hostility towards him. Arthur could see the look in the demon's eyes and recognized it as one he had whenever he found something rare and wanted to keep it for himself.
'He can use this Appraisal skill, and he still sees me as a devil. Does this mean he can't see everything on my status?

Well, there's certainly a lot I wanna say but I also want to keep this short so I'd just stick to the main stuff.
First and foremost, for older readers who have already read far into the story. Remember that filler arc about a sports festival? somewhere around chapters 142 and 147?
Yeah, I scrapped that.
Not completely, per se.
I just took those five fillers and compressed them into one long chapter.
This action, left me with five free spaces to put more important, main story-related content, and I did exactly just that.
Chapters 142 to 149 looked something like this before:
Chapter 142 - Sports Festival begins
Chapter 143 - Death Bridge Run! I
Chapter 144- Death Bridge Run! Il
Chapter 145 - Tentacle Guard
Chapter 146 - Fall Towers
Chapter 147 - Garuda Shoot & Wall Break
Chapter 148 - Preparations
Chapter 149 - Reactions
But now, it should resemble something like this:

Chapter 143- Preparations
Chapter 144- Reactions
Chapter 145- Onerth Galaxy
Chapter 146-1000 word-l mean, 1000 seconds

As I said earlier, I compressed those unnecessary chapters into one big chapter you really don't need to read if you've already read it before, and I added a little extra arc that kind of relates to the main story inside.
From the titles, you can already guess what it's about, but I'm sure y'all would still read it either way, right?

ANYWAY, you guys should go check it out and see what changes I made.
Secondly, the chapter update schedule.
This is kind of the more important one for most of you though.
Anyway, it's glaringly obvious that I've been going through various chapter update frequencies in the past few months, so much that even I'm put off by it.
So, I decided to stabilize things a bit, and provided there are no IRL complications, I should be able to stick to a 4 chaps/week schedule.
Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays.
I'd do my best to keep up with this.
Thirdly, I have nothing else to say except thank you for following Godslayer's Legend up to this point. I see all your power stones, Golden tickets, and privilege purchases, and they are very much appreciated.
I'd be picking up the story's pace from this point on, so sit back and enjoy the ride.
