Chapter 28: 28. Mines
That day ended with failure. Hoseki visited three mines but they came out with same answer. Insufficient amount of energy.
Lying down on a tree, He was thinking his about next mine. He got nine mines on his list which is near from Konoha. He was thinking of trying to find them in other village but was stopped by lack of information and time to search them.
By next day, Hoseki changed his plan to visit the collapse mine instead of exhaust one. Even though the mine was dangerous to be mined, to him it was not a problem as he only need to be in front of the gate only. He already decided, if the gate couldn't fill up the needs of the seed, he might as well gave up and returned to village for his own safety.
As the first one on that day was still a failure, Hoseki didn't give up and went to second one.

Hoseki was stunned by the change of period to form seed. However he still proceed with the forming plan as he didn't have any other sources. Unless he wanted to exhaust the living mines, this is the only way.

Hoseki found out that he didn't have to wait there as the system was processing the seed.
Seeing the estimated time, he walked to leave the mines. Suddenly....

"Otsutsuki? Sounds familiar. Where did I heard about this? Chakra ore? So this the mine for ore to make Chakra Steel? What did Primitive means? There are also disaster being told. What disaster? And also sealing the world chakra. Who had the power to do that. Why do anyone did that?" Hoseki question's machine gun has woke up again but this time no one is to answer him.

" What? What!!! Noooo!!!! " Hoseki despair on his knees due to suddenly sign in effect. To him. This had never happened before. Sign in he had done before never affect its surroundings.
This 5 star Sign In, really took him by surprised. Furthermore, the cancellation means he had to find another source of energy and he only had one two more collapsed mine as he already took out the dead(exhaust) mine from his list.
Hoseki decided to end his search for today as the next mine will take hours to be reached and the day had started to get dark.

Sitting under a tree, Hoseki opened his storage. "Lets see if you worth the sacrificed I had today". Hoseki mumbled and looked at the 5 star sign in item.
It was a Jade.

However, Hoseki was really exited and looked forward to his mini world.
After seeing his new item, he prepared to cooks his dinner.
After having his dinner he decided to sleep early but a name came to his mind constantly. Otsutsuki family . He felt like knowing the family name but he didn't remember when.
He tried to think if he ever read about them anywhere or heard them from someone. In the he still didn't remember about the name. It just felt familiar to him.
After quite some time he felt sleepy and immediately activate invisible function of his vest. When he knew about the cooldown before, he decided only to put invisible function only when he went to sleep and off the function during the day to let it recharge the cooldown.
Later on, he fell to sleep without remembering the Otsutsuki family.

New morning came out. After having his quick breakfast, Hoseki opened his map and proceed moving towards his next two mines.
Luck favored him that day as he complete his mission in first mine of the day. However, different from yesterday, Hoseki received different notification after his confirmation to form the seed. As the original mine is bigger than last one, the time to complete is reduced to 1 month.

As the seed will be automatically sent to him, Hoseki immediately want to leave the mine. And again he was stopped. This time, it was not a notification but a silhouette.
