I'm quite used to being the one who taunts, but when someone taunts me, I'm not that good at taking that. The fact, that we literally threw some of our best techniques into this attack, and not even getting a proper acknowledgment for it hurt like hell. I still couldn't make out where Francis landed, but I was constantly paying attention. If we couldn't even hit this monster with our combo, then I can't even hold a candle to him. Was this fight doomed to end this early on? Were we fated to be defeated?

Well, I didn't want to stand for that idea. I like to decide my own fate nowadays, not like how I couldn't even lift a finger to anyone back in the day.
