Chapter 63: Twice The Chance

Yesterday was a good day. It was calm before the storm. The fun was overflowing and I was able to catch up with everyone. Like how Dion was also part of the elite warriors now, and Craig's greenhouse  was flourishing well. Dion was no longer a shy man, is what I've heard from everybody. Surely, I would miss his burning face.

I was also able to convince Sally to forgive me for not being there when she gave birth. A lot of little grudges actually from everyone. Yesterday was fun while it lasted. 

Now, reality strikes and I'm inside the Alpha's office. Along with the Luna, Beta Erden and Wyatt. They were discussing the issue I've been chasing these three years. Work sucks sometimes.

"Mavis?" I snapped back into reality. With an apologetic smile, I focused my attention on their question. Question that I didn't quite catch because of my head trip.
