Chapter 52: The fox kit part 1

"I wonder what I should make you do? But I also cannot allow you to meet him like this? What is your name, boy?" the king asked as he dragged the young enemy soldier through their ranks. 

The child looked over at the soldiers and servants with a pleading look in his eyes but even he knew it was a futile attempt. No one would step forward to save him from this tyrannical man.

"I wonder how I missed you the first time but then again, I was too out of it the first time over to think properly. Now though, now I know of your existence and you'll be the perfect piece for him" the king had lost it, clearly that was the case.

It was not only the thought of that child but also of the servants who saw this scene. However, their thoughts ventured over toward a different line of thought altogether.
