"5000 Magic coins, and a kiss from me," Rosy said in a seducing tone of voice and winked at him, looking prim, proper, and very enticing. However, Theo didn't fall for her looks as he knew full well that she was ready to rip him off.

"Nope," Theo shook his head, declining her offer as he was not a simple and definitely unwilling to get ripped off by her.

"Then, what do you propose?" Rosy said, a smile still on her face as she rubbed her palms together.

Theo showed her nine fingers and said, "I want ninety percent of the profit from the sale of the spatial device and the things inside of it."

"That's not possible!" Rosy said in a loud voice, unwilling to admit to his demands. "I can at most hand you fifty percent."

"Eighty!" Theo said a bit loudly too, a look of annoyance and impatience visible on his face.
