Chapter 51: VALLEY OF THE BONES PART-2 GUILT

"A dagger...?" Scarlet Maiden mumbled as she grabbed the dagger, "This is... Why is it here?"

Scarlet Maiden was familiar with the bloodstained dagger. It was the same dagger she used to assassinate under Duran's control. 

"Agony... Pain..." 

"Regrets... Anger..."

"This stench of blood..."

"With this, I will cleanse my family."

Scarlet Maiden spoke as she examined the dagger. The aura of the dead, now fused with the bloodstained dagger, evolved it. The once shiny steel dagger now turned into a black dagger and, a veil of dark aura covered her hand, creating a protective gauntlet.

Grabbing the dagger in her left hand, Scarlet Maiden began to move forward. For a few hours, she didn't encounter any danger.

[Buzzzz] "Damn it, Where the hell did these insects come from?"

"Shit... too many..."

Scarlet Maiden began to run. She tried to use her Skills but, all the essence got nullified.
