Chapter 40: Battle (Part I)
"Zhen'er, are you sure you know of a way to save my country" asked Emperor Chuanyin.
"Indeed Father, but have two requests I need father to attend to" said Feng Zhen.
"Huh!"
Emperor Chuanyin asked "What requests".
Feng Zhen replied "Am searching for a man called Zhao Shoukang, it was said that he's disappearance was due to the Chu Clans young master. I request that father, should search for him, with father's influence, even if he's dead as long as he's still in this country, I believe father could find him".
Emperor Chuanyin asked "Hmm! So who's this man to you".
"Father, he's my father-in-law" replied Feng Zhen.
Except for his brother, mother and Emperor Chuanyin, when they heard what Feng Zhen said, they became annoyed.
"Zhen'er, how dare you have an in-law without, me and my husbands permission" shouted Queen Xia.
"Shut up!!" Emperor Chuanyin shouted in anger.
"Oh! My! My! Feng Xia, It seems you have forgotten that you were the reason I almost died at the Evilwood Forest. I was planning to deal with you later, but it seems you want me to deal with you now" Feng Zhen shouted as he knitted his brow.
As soon as they heard what Feng Zhen said, they all kept quiet for a while.
After a while, they broke into an uproar.
"What!!!! Xia'er!!, Tell me that what Zhen'er said isn't true" Emperor Chuanyin shouted in anger as he stood up from his throne while glaring at Queen Xia.
Looking at the angry Emperor Chuanyin, who was glaring at her, Queen Xia jerked backward.
"y-yo-your majes-sty, no my hu-s-sband, It's all a misunderstanding" Queen Xia said while shivering, not daring to look at him in his eyes.
Once they heard what she said, they understood that what Feng Zhen said was actually said.
"Xia, How dare you!!" Queen hou dan shouted in anger, as her aura exploded. If not for the presence of Emperor Chuanyin, she would have already attacked Queen Xia.
"Mother, Why!" cried Prince Boxue.
"Shut up! I did it for your own good" Queen Xia shouted at Prince Boxue.

After hearing what Feng Zhen said, their anger decreased.
"Okay" said Emperor Chuanyin as he sat down back at his throne.
"So Zhen'er, what your second request" asked Queen hou dan, while trying to calm her boiling anger.
"I need father to protect my wives, Uncle Liao and my friends" said Feng Zhen.
"Okay" said Emperor Chuanyin.
"Zhen'er, why are speaking..." said Queen hou da but before she could finish her words, she was cutted off by Feng Zhen.
"Mother be at ease" said Feng Zhen.
"Alright, Zhen'er what's the plan" asked Emperor Chuanyin.

One Kilometers outside the Imperial City Gate.....
Feng Zhen, Emperor Chuanyin, Queen hou dan, Queen Xia, Queen Chenglu, Old man Li, the top five clans powerhouses who stood in front of the princes and the 10,000 knight army, while gazing at a certain direction.

100 meters above the earth, stood a handsome sturdy middle age man who wore a yellow robe and beside him was a very seductive, charming lady, who wore a red dress that revealed her well curved body.
When Emperor Chuanyin felt the aura, he immediately created a barrier to block the aura so as to protect his people, yet some knight still fainted.
Grazing intensively at the figures above them, Some princes and knights trembled.
Old man Li said in a low voice "A person wise in his own eyes, doesn't know a fool is sometimes more wiser than him".
Although what Old man Li wasn't loud, yet even heard what he said.
"What did you just say" angrily said the voice from above.

Then he waved his left hand, immediately Old man Li was sent flying 2000m, crashing against the City wall.

"How dare you call my husband a fool" Mulan said with an angry expression.
Then she waved her left hand, sending Old man Li flying another 1800m into the Imperial City.

Being enraged, Just as he was about to attack Mulan, Feng Zhen stoped him.

When Emperor Chuanyin heard Feng Zhen, he calmed down. Yet he gnashed his teeth, even as a Level 2 Life and Death Realm cultivator he felt powerless.

"I think he wants to fight us" Qiwen said with a confused expression.
"Isn't his cultivation just at Level 1 King Stage" asked Mulan.
"Of course, but I don't get, why would they send this brat to his death" said Qiwen, cause he couldn't understand his feelings.
'I can't possibly feel a sense a danger from this kid, can I' thought Qiwen.
"Since they have sent him to his grave, I should probably end him quickly" said Mulan.

Just as Mulan was about to wave her hand. Feng Zhen's aura started increasing, each step he took shook the ground.

Suddenly, A Ginormous, Tremendous Demonic Qi (Aura) erupted from Feng Zhen, the earth 1000m around him crack.
"Everyone get back" shouted Old man Li who was trying to gey back to the battle field.
Instinctively they all ran back to Imperial City Gate.
The ominous sky turned dark, flashes of red lighting could be seen. The flashes of lighting were so overbearing that it was as if the world was suffering the wrath of the heavens, as they prepare to strike down any cultivator that dares to provoked it.
ROAR!!! BOOM!!!! BOOM!!! CRACKLE!!!
The dark skies roared violently and cracked with Thunder and lightning.
All that were in scene, be it the Emperor Chuanyin, Queen hou dan, Queen Xia, Queen Chenglu, Old man Li, the top five clans powerhouses who stood in front of the princes and the 10,000 knight army, Qiwen, Mulan, they couldn't help but tremble, as a overbearing pressure decended upon them. Some of the Armies that couldn't withstand the pressure fainted. While those that were able to maintain conscious, stood where they were, not daring to make a single move, as they feared they might loss consciousness.
Looking at the figure that created all this scene, they couldn't help but quiver.
The figure had the appearance of a Demon War God, his silky hairy that flows with the gently wind, his captivating golden pair of eyes that seem as if it could see through all illusion, his perfectly sculpted face. The Demonic Qi covering was covering his body like an armor. Holding the black spear around 8 feet long, that has a metallic gleam and a archaic gold pathern that coiled around it, He seems to the have the appearance of a Demonic War God who is prepared for battle.
