She turned her face to look away. It has been too long since anyone called her a princess. In her words she did not deserve to be called a princess.

“There is nothing to reveal.” He sighed looking at her.

The girl in front of him clearly felt uncomfortable. ‘Besides, what is the point of revealing her identity? Who would believe that the young princess of Rante is fighting in the fortress along with the soldiers of the other country?’ He smiled in his mind.

“There is nothing for you to fear in both of us. It is your secret to reveal. I was only interested because I am connected to the services of the Monique house.”

He finally managed to get her to look at him straight. “Funny though I thought you were a runaway slave’s daughter.”

Rosa closed her eyes a bit to get herself relax a bit. “I don’t have much memories of what happened after the escape.”

She began biting her bottom lip. “It is safer for others to not know who I am.”
