After a minute or so, it seems to dawn on Charlotte also, what has happened.

“Michael?” she says softly…. “Michael?”

He makes no move or sound.

He’s a big man. Not overly tall, just under six feet, but he’s broadly built, and every pound of his frame is muscle. There’s not an ounce of spare fat on him….

…. and she’s pinned underneath him….

What’s she going to do…?

…. I suppose a gentleman would come to her aid….

I keep my laughter silent….

…. far too much promise of entertainment to interrupt….
