good start, but after 50 chapters it starts to show a clear decline. For example, turning a schoolmate into a chess piece is just a forced armor plot. I read this novel because of the same author from the novel "Spare Me, Great Lord!" but the quality of this novel is not satisfactory, I am very disappointed.
I like it, the pacing of the story, the plot, the actually smart and lowkey Mc, I really hope this gets picked, good stuff like this is rare
finally a good novel without a system( the countdown doesn't count. ). I was getting sick of all those novels whose only difference is the name.
so excited to be in the world of first order again. . to see what changed after hundreds of years.. the protagonist is very intelligent as well as ruthless and has NO system to assist him. waiting to see his journey.
Superb novel, but only has ~80 supporters. Novels like these ones which have a well built out plot and world background hardly get chosen though - seemingly because it’s only harem or aggro-mc novels that get picked from trial read. Have seen so many genuinely good novels end up untranslated because of this.

This is a keeper. A slow start with lots of relevant information. You will see that it is a book with a lot of depth but still have a good overview of the content. Above all that it is a good and enjoyable read.
I would have never thought, that there would be a day in my lifetime in which a good novel was released on trial read. Yet here it is, this is an absolutely amazing novel, please do yourself a favor and read it

It was good novel you know new concept etc but it quickly become boring. Because of few things first of all there is racism in this novel(obviously). All the 'criminal origination' and 'kidnapping' is done by foreign people . You can ignore that part but you can't ignore the story development everything is happening around the MC. You would say because he is the mc! right ? No story development is not done around the MC for example A competition is arrange and mc ' chiche ' there that's normal, because mc needs to travel but if mc in two places (Yes just two in whole novel) and everything happens around him. It becomes boring.
i have found this one on another site.. and i read up to chapter 78.. that was all that was done.. up to that point, the story was really good.. the translater and the editor did a good job aswell on that site.. there wasent all of the he/she mistake there almost always are on this site.. where you freaking have to guess the gender of the person🤦.. the editor or the translater even toke the time to try and explain the chinise idioms and food culture.. the story it self toke me to its world.. where i got so drawn in that i didnt wanna stop reading.. it was nice for a change to read something that sucks you in to the story.. there are not enoght of them on this site.. if you wander if you should give it a try to read..i would, atleast for the first 10-20 chapters after that you can make up your mind again if you wanna continue reading.. i did 😜 and i liked it❤️ have fun every one
Marriage Contract Cliches + too much forcing on MC getting noticed by different female character.The MC personality seems a bit unstable as there are situations where his 'behaviour' suddenly changed (He is not so smart at all[at least better than average MC], as he left many evidence of his identity, saved only by the plot armor...)

Not bad, actually pretty good. Though it gets slight convoluted later on, its still miles better than other novels. The word building and characters are great.

Finally an actual readable novel in the weekly voting pool. The story is interesting, not cliched. It has a huge amount of potential. I hope this makes it past 40 chapters.
Yay! New book from the author of The First Order and Spare Me, Great Lord! Hope this gets picked. First Order was extremely awesome and I heard that this is the sequel of it. Not sure, might be wrong, but the novel should be good all the same.
Why are they translating this when someone is translating this? It’s called nomenclature of the night on novelupdates. Wonder novels has already translated upto chapter 78.
Raw name: 夜的命名术 This novel is very good in the beginning but after after some chapters the authors will go super racist. All "Evil" Americans, "Despicable and atrocious" Japanese government along with a few other villain countries will collude with the enemies of our world and try to cause problems to China. The "righteous" Chinese government (😂😂🤣🤣) and the incredible MC will then manipulate and kill all those government agents in their own countries while also righteously destroying a few of their cities in the process and return back to China as their Hero. I usually advise the readers to not read racist novels if they are not okay with racism but for this novel I can only say that you will keep reading this novel after racist chapters start only if you are either Chinese or if you have pus flowing in your veins instead of blood

Great quotes and idioms, but all in the wrong places. All words no substances. Synopsis is the section where author give an insight of the story, not to show off.
If this is anything like the author's previous work "The First Order" it has a lot of potential. I personally loved that book but it remains to be seen if this novel can live up to the hype. Regardless, I'm giving it five stars in the hope it gets selected and does indeed live up to the hype.

Interesting enough to recommend to be translated. MC isn't stupid, and the opposition isn't stupid either. Of course, that is only until chapter 40, so maybe the story will get worse. I would definitely people read this story though.
