Chapter 5: Meeting the sibling
white lightning- from now on it will be called divine lightning and Percy will only use it when he's in his divine form or when he's fighting at his fullest.
purple lightning- it will be known as curse lightning and I have already explained what it can do in the last chapter.
Blue lightning as I have said in the last chapter it will be the common lightning that Percy will use most of the time.
One more thing is that the new Domain of Hera is warfare.
3rd POV
It was obvious to the king of the gods that the two demigods in front of him were scared of the repercussions of their actions. Jason was able to at least stay still Unlike Octavian whose body was shaking due to his nervousness, but what betray Jason's calmness were his eyes full of dread and the way his fingers would twitch occasionally.
Percy's gaze shifted from the demigods to the wolf goddess Lupa who was sitting alongside Reyna behind the two early mentioned demigods, looking at her Percy could notice that while slightly nervous for Jason and Octavian the goddess was more occupied with staring at his body with desire, at this Jupiter couldn't help but sigh in his head at being the target of the goddess's lust.
" My lord."
Jupiter turned to look at Jason and signaled him to speak and so Jason decides to quickly explain what happened.
" My lord what happened early is that Octavian rejected my idea of redeeming the fifth cohort and after arguing on the issue things escalated and we end up outside..." Jason explained but he got quiet when Jupiter start glaring at both of them.
" Yes and if it wasn't for me both of you would have run your respective swords through the other and both of you would be dead by now and wandering in the underworld.
I'm disappointed in how this situation ended, both of you could have handled your anger better, and you." At this Jupiter looked straight at Octavian and the god slightly lean forward on his seat and if looks could kill Octavian would be long dead by now.
" I wouldn't act like i know what the gods want, you fool, we gods, of course, want the fifth cohort to be redeemed but we believe that the time for that would come in time and that it won't be too long for it to happen," Jupiter said with finality and a warning in his tone directed toward both demigods.
" Both of you will go through the same punishment, I will have Mars discipline both of you for two weeks, and I will make sure that he will be much more strict than normally," Percy said with finality in his voice, then he turned to look at Jason.
"And you, I was planning to come to visit you and help you in training with your powers, but now that won't happen any time soon thanks to this performance. Both of you are dismissed."
At hearing the god's words both demigods left the room and soon after the building, both dreading to meet Mars and the soon to be punishments.
Silence now reigns in the grand room as Percy's mind wanders in thought. Reyna on the other hand stood still in her seat as she studies her grandfather's appearance and body language.
Suddenly Percy turns to look at Reyna and realizes that this is the first time that they were meeting each other.
Getting up from the summoned throne, Percy nods at Lupa and turns to look at Reyna with his right arm extended toward her.
"Would you walk with me for a bit?"
Surprised, Reyna remained still but after processing the words directed toward her, she hurriedly gets up to walk toward him, and soon after accepting his offered arm, Percy gently interlocks their arms, and soon after they are both walking outside.
As they are walking the other demigods who would notice them walk by would throw them curious looks but both ignore this and continue to walk.
" So...I believe that this is the first time that we have met each other is it?" Asked Percy without turning towards Reyna. The said demigod turned to Percy and nod towards him in agreement.
"hmm..." Percy's humming was her only answer.
Suddenly Percy stops walking making Reyna also come to a stop and turn toward Percy, Percy was already looking at her and the demigod could tell that something was bothering the god.
" You did good back there, but that's not the topic of this conversation, I want to advise you to improve the training of all the Romans demigods, hard times are approaching and many won't survive the chaos that is to come."
Reyna was surprised at his words and dread starts to poison her heart, she has dealt with enough deities to know that she won't get any answers if she questions him and because of that she just nodded in acceptance.
" One more thing, make sure that you train hard to be prepared for what is to come, ask your mother for help and guidance if necessary," Jupiter said while tenderly looking at Reyna.
Reyna couldn't help but blush for some reason under his look, she decided to give him a shy smile and a nod.
" I will my lord, thank you for your advice, I will make sure that every roman will be ready for battle when the time comes."
" When we are alone like this, you can call me grandfather and drop the lord thing, if you wish of course," Jupiter said softly while smiling softly toward her.
Reyna smiles softly and nods in acknowledgment.
Saying all that he has to say, Jupiter nods at her and starts to walk away from her and the next thing that Reyna saw was thunder falling from the sky and hit where Jupiter was standing and after her eyesight came back and the dust cleared all that was left behind was the earth scorched were just seconds ago the god stood.
Olympus
Arriving in Olympus Jupiter changes to his greek aspect and Percy starts to calmly walk to the throne room where he takes a seat on his throne and just stays there thinking for the next few hours.
Percy was so lost in thought that he didn't notice when Athena walked through the doors to the throne room, it was only when she took a sit on her throne and called his name that he realize he wasn't alone anymore.
" Athena? What are you doing here?" Percy asked confused as he didn't expect anyone to come to the throne room unless a council meeting is called.
Athena raises one of her eyebrows in amusement and calmly responds.
" I could ask you the same thing Perseus. I came here to reflect in silence. I didn't expect for you to be here either."
Percy at hearing her answer nodded at her and decided to ignore her presence as he loses himself in his thoughts once again.
Silence fell in the room as both deities were occupied with their thoughts, suddenly Athena turned to look at Perseus and wonder what was his opinion on Poseidon's daughter.
" Perseus"
Hearing his name the mentioned god turns to look at Athena in the eyes. Seeing that she has his attention Athena decides to ask what she has in mind.
" What do you think of Poseidon's daughter and the prophecy?"
Perseus raises one of his eyebrows in surprise as he didn't expect the question, he starts to ponder on her words and how he feels about the matter.
" I think that I would have preferred to have a couple of centuries without having to worry about any prophecy, especially not long after the war with Kronos."
Athena couldn't help but nod at him in agreement, there will always be losses in wars but this war with Kronos took many lives both mortal and immortal alike.
" What about Poseidon's daughter? How do you feel about her?" Athena asked once again as Percy still didn't answer that question.
Percy took a couple more seconds in thinking through his feelings over the matter and when he finished he looked at Athena and lightly shrug his shoulders.
" I don't have any major problems in having another sibling as long as it wasn't while he was with my mother. Presently I'm neutral toward her, not every sibling grows to be good-hearted and I worry about the prophecy but that doesn't mean that I wouldn't like to get to know her.
And as much as I hate it, my duty is to make sure that nothing happens to Olympus, if a time comes where she is a threat then with a heavy heart I will neutralize the said threat." Percy spoke with a monotonous expression.
Athena, surprised at his words, couldn't help but doubt him, it was known to every Olympian that Percy has changed due to his domains but she doesn't think that he changed enough to do something like that.
In the end, she just nodded in acknowledgment. after a half-hour, Athena left the throne room to go back to her palace.
Not long after Athena left, Percy realized he has been in the throne room for hours now, deciding that it was enough he got up and starts to walk toward his palace.
While walking many of Olympus citizens bowed to him in respect while others just nodded at him, Percy nodded to some of them while he kept walking.
Entering his Palace, he walked into the living room and the first thing that he saw was Hera sitting on the couch while calmly reading an ancient-looking book in what he guessed to be in greek.
Hera felt the eyes and presence of Percy, she turned to look at him and happily smiled at him.
Percy couldn't help but smile back at her, he walks up to the couch and then sits beside Hera, he softly and lovingly kissed her.
The kiss lasts for a couple of minutes as both are enjoying the feeling of the other lips, slowly breaking the kiss, Hera gets up from the couch.
" Let's go to the bedroom."
Percy couldn't help but smirk.
After a couple of hours of passionate lovemaking, Percy wakes up again late at night, he looked to his right and sees Hera sleeping beside him with a happy and satisfied face.
As he lays back on the bed, he suddenly thought about his younger sister, curious, he concentrates and mentally asked any living flying animal around Atlantic city and the cities around it if they knew where his sister was located.
He received the answer from a raven, thanking the raven, Percy focused and mentally took control of an eagle that was flying not far from where his sister lived.
In his mind when Percy opened his eyes he was met with the lights of Atlantic city in the night, he felt the feathers of the eagle flutter against the wind in the sky.
It didn't take him long to reach the apartment where his sister lived, as he flies down he landed on the open window of the kitchen, no sound or movement was in the house. He felt the faint presence of a demigod and silently jump off the window and landed on his talons, he slowly makes his way toward where he assumed his sister was sleeping.
Fortunately, the door to her room was wide open, he quickly flaps his wings and flies inside the room, and shortly after locating the bed, he lands on top of the headboard of said bed.
As Percy looks down for the first time he finally meets his sister. The child was under covers but it was obvious that she was very young as her body was small, she has the same black hair that he has inherited from Poseidon although he could see a few strands of dark brown hair, he couldn't see what was her eyes color due to them being closed as she sleeps.
He could already see the familiar features from his father, the familiar facial structure and skin color. Thinking that he has seen enough he leaves the room and shortly after the apartment through the same way he got in.
As he's flying high in the night sky he stops controlling the eagle and returns its free will back as his conscious returns to his body.
Percy now back to his body slowly sighs as he looks up to the ceiling.
' Elena Salvatore, I wonder what will happen when we finally meet properly.'
This was Percy's final thought as he soon falls asleep.

Sorry for the long wait, things happen and I have been very busy lately, I try to go back on my chapters and fix as many errors as I can and when I have time I work on new chapters.
This chapter is kind of short but I wanted to post something for the story as I know some people enjoy the story so far but are disappointed in me taking so long in updating the story.
By the way, someone commented in the last chapter if this might become a crossover between Percy and vampire diaries.
The answer to that is no, the only reason why I decided to name Percy's sister Elena is that the name Elena originates in the Ancient Greek name Helen/Helene.
I chose the last name Salvatore because I'm Italian and it is the last name of one of my cousins.
