"Who am I speaking to?" The woman asked again when Nina didn't answer.

Nina bit her lips. She didn't know what to do for a moment. Would she get mad? Would she introduce herself as Andrew's wife? Was it okay to claim that title again? She thought to herself.

"If you're not going to answer, I'm sorry but—"

"This is Katharina Cross, Andrew's wife. Who's this?" She answered.

Her voice didn't tremble. She mustered the courage to tell the woman who she was even if it wasn't true. Her heart pounded like a drum, waiting for the woman to reply to her.

"Katharina Cross? Oh! Mrs. Cross! I apologize for being rude. My name is Rachel, Mr. Cross's secretary. He left his phone in his office. He's in a meeting in the conference room. Is it urgent? I can give the phone to him." The woman said.
