Chapter 363: The Dispute

"Welcome. Welcome all of you," after staring for a few seconds at the shadow Kruel was quick to change his focus on Donovan.

Donovan tried to smile while Silja was busy looking around.

The fort was built very high from the black stones. The room has quite high ceilings. In the middle just above the dining table was a big chandelier hanging with hundreds of candles on it illuminating the room.

The windows of the hall were made from red tinted glass, giving the whole place a crimson glow which made it look hellish.

Silja swapped her eyes all around the room to find if there were any paintings of the previous generation, since most of the people like to put them on the dining table but there were none.

"Welcome Prince Donovan, look even the food has gone cold waiting for you," Donovan and Kruel were just exchanging fake courtesy when Evillene's sweet voice filled with sarcasm rang in the room.
