Seth Red had been wandering for what seemed like ages to him. In this place that he was in, one thing that he'd noticed was that he wasn't able to change into his human form any longer. Seth was permanently in his demon state but that wasn't uncomfortable to him as it was his second nature anyway.

The place had an atmosphere of dust and the wind was constantly howling and piercing to the skin. His skin felt dry and sometimes, his body's silvery scales would fall off only for new ones to grow out. Seth didn't seem to get hungry or thirsty, which made him know that he was no longer in the realm of the living. How it happened, Seth had pondered on that many times.
