Chapter 116: CAPTIVE

Back in the North, when Hugh learned and found out that Leticia was ambushed by assassins with Salis, Anton, and her maid, the report only reached him a week after it happened, he was so angry with the news.

He knew that she would be targeted because of him. But the nerve of the people to do it when he was not there was making his blood boil.

They're really cowardly! If not for the good-for-nothing bandits that suddenly invade some villages in his territory, they wouldn't have a chance to even go near Leticia!

Hugh crumpled the paper that was written by Hans. It was documented how it happened, who they suspected, and how Leticia was doing. 

Hans was also asking what to do to the mastermind behind the incident. Even if they don't have concrete evidence, if they have a suspicion, it would be enough reason to send a warning.

"Erebus!"

Hugh silently called his hidden squad that only consists of five elite people.
