Chapter 50: We are fated

"WHO ARE YOU?" Mason asks, staring seriously at his former partner in crime.

Kai ignores them all as his eyes are still trained on Tim, waiting for his apology.

"Kai. You should leave."

There is silence for a moment as the words are said and Aubrey's shocked gasp echoes through it. Her head turns almost immediately to stare at Chad, sitting there on his chair with a bored expression as he looks unbothered by the terrifying scene. He keeps his head straight, not looking at anyone as he speaks.

The quiet, smoking girl only stands there with a shocked look towards Chad when he calls his name—not being able to do anything in this stirring chaos.

"You seem to have crappy set of friends." A small smile plays on Kai's lips, staring at Tim.

"You know this fucking asshole?" Tim points his finger.

"I suggest you shut up, doesn't your hand hurt?" Chad brings his hot gaze to Tim's bloody hand.
