Ellie
Over the next several months, Ellie began to grow accustomed to the fact that her body wasn’t solely her own anymore. The nausea faded as she began to enter her second trimester, and as spring was in full bloom, she was starting to feel a bit more like herself. But then… she knew it would be short-lived. Everyone that she spoke to who had been pregnant before was quick to tell her exactly what she could expect. Besides being exhausted all the time, apparently, she was about to feel all of her ligaments being stretched and torn, her muscles giving way, and the urge to eat every crazy combination of food she could possibly think of.
Ellie wasn’t sure whether she should be looking forward to finally having the baby out or terrified of meeting a person who could cause so much damage.
