Write a reviewIt’s written well and I wanted to like it but there’s no logic at all. I’ve only read 100 chapters but it doesn’t make any sense why FL was tricked by her adopted sister or injured in an accident. So far, she’s a peerless doctor, has amazing martial arts skills with a 100% success rate in her missions, pianist, has a supportive community (which she threw away for the sake of pursuing her biological family’s love), doted on by the most powerful and influential people, and a landlord who owns lots of random property. I’m sure there are more super skills past 100 chapters. Also, the book doesn’t explain why the ML is in love with FL or why he was absent in her first life (when he was supposedly in love with her). They were childhood friends but she doesn’t even remember him. He’s supposed to be this all-powerful figure but she died in her last life and he doesn’t show up until her funeral.
Reveal SpoilerExcellent book, but way too expensive. I'll stick to the other books with more reasonable pricing.
Yeahhh !!!💞💞 Another Complete Novel..... ❤🔥❤🔥 Love Jiuan And Zhichen They Are So Cutte.... Although Story Is Bit Dragging But I Loved It Bcoz It's A Happy Ending....
Good enough. The story started with a melancholic style and I believe this was applied to the rest of the story. The story becomes dragging about midway and the story development started to feel rushed and not well thought of. It does have a good ending and there's no major misunderstanding between the leads but the second half of the story could have been done better.
First of all, I was really happy with the FL's character design. Tbh, I thought she'll be cold and serious because of her rebirth just like her initial attitude due to her past experiences. It was a good thing that her personality isn't like that and I'm very satisfied with her character design— OP, narcissistic, willful, arrogant, but she's still kind. She's not saintly, yes, but still, she's very good and will still help anyone as long as she can. I don't have much anything to say about the romance aside from I also love the ML's character design (well, actually I think I really like the characters' designs). Anyway, the ML fell to the "wolf-turned-puppy-like" category. He's obviously powerful but coquettish when it comes to the FL. Above all, what touched me the most is the FL's relationship with her sect. I like all of them so much but it was a pity that only few of the martial siblings were mention like Su Yin, Su Jiu, Luo An, Su Yize, Lin Ling, Lin Feng and some are just mentioned by rank or profession but not named like Eldest Senior brother and the senior brother who's an archeology bigshot. Anyway, their interaction in their past life really made me cry. Especially in Jiu'an's funeral. Meanwhile, I have a mixed feelings about Jiu Chi and the Huo family. I want to hate them but I can't as I also found them very pitiful. Jiu Chi was used, however, it still made him hateful as he caused Jiuan's suffering .But he sacrificed his power, eye, and life just to atone for his sins and he's very cautious that he's so pitiful that's why I can't hate him. Then the Huo family always anticipate their little princess' arrival but because they believed that warlock, they lost her completely. The side story if the exchange didn't happened made me regretful as well as I think, that version is also very good. But their ending in their past life made them really unfortunate since it cannot really be considered as their fault. Anyway, both of them are really tragic but I can't also criticize Jiuan since she really suffered. Lastly, the story is very good and although I'm a little regretful because of the lack of details with the wedding (as I'm imagining the funny scenarios it can cause but only to found out it wasn't detailed), I'm quite appeased with the side stories. However, the translation kinda ruined the emotions in every chapter because I feel bothered with the misused of pronouns. The translation quality is 5/10, I guess. It's bad but not too bad that it's not understandable anymore. It's just that aside from the pronouns that used wrong and sometimes names are directly translated like Jiu Chi into Nine Scarlet and Mu Qing into Minister Mu, or sometimes the names aren't translated very well that it's just repetitive (e.g. Lin Ran, Huo Xuoyuan, Huo Chenqi, etc), the chapters are still understandable so it didn't totally ruined the whole story. Anyway, overall, my rating for this is 8/10. If the translation is good then perhaps 9.5/10
The plot of the story itself is quiet good, at least it's not as cringey as many other stories on Webnovel. However the translation quality after ch. 300 destroys the entire reading experience. Names are swapped, pronouns are interchanged from she to he, from they to you, overall the grammar is soo bad that once it meant as if the FL is going to give birth to her grandfather (ch.371). I wouldn't have criticised the translation so much, had the novel been a free read, but when you have to pay literal money to read such trashy translations, it feels really annoying.😡 Expected better from a platform like Webnovel, though the recent translation quality just keeps disappointing.
I am 230 chapters in and man I am sorry I started this, it's pure stupid soap opera. We are talking about the revival of Dallas levels of stupid. The first hundred or so chapters are pretty much throw away. The only things that happen are she dies in her first life and is reborn. No spoiler you knew that from the synopsis and it's the first 3 chapters. Then she meets her family and ditches them. After that the novel descends into a snails pace of building background for no particular reason.. Despite all this vast swathes are left blank while the novel diddles around with things like her getting her hair cut. After awhile it moves on to start making some progress and when it does it's just a giant a$$pull. No spoiler but by the time you get to the 200s you will be hitting your head on your desk.
This book really hits deep. Usually when characters are reborn they don't go through the realistic feelings one should feel after dying. She gets a second chance at life but is stuck in the trauma she experienced. Abandonment. Loneliness. She was given the cold shoulder by her real family. She second guessed reaching back out to the family she left behind ( her sect senior brothers and sisters ), because she rashly left them without so much as a word. She deserved to be alone, at least that is what she thought. Now she's back on the day her parents came for her to take her 'home'. Instead of going back to that cold palace she stays with her family except she can't let go of the past. She tries to stay an obedient child now so she won't get her heart crushed from abandonment again. Everyone is worried about her but she has trouble reclaiming her old self, and digging out of the pit known as depression. Can she ever go back to how she once was; Carefree, brash, and unhindered? Will her parents change her mind to accept them? Will she be able to reciprocate her friends love for her again? Can she get over the hurdle that all of us have felt at least once in our lives; depression and loneliness? Or will she pull away from those who just want to help her?
wonderful plot but boring narration and too slow paced story. story do not move at all, all the fl does is to eat and roam with her friends. how her ffriends take care of her and that is it. zero face slapping in 165 chapters i read so far. there is zero movement in the story. the narrative style is boring too. there are a few scenes where it can be fun to read but author made them too boring. i hardly felt any excitement or good while reading. ml is good but i can't keep up with the boring narration so i am quitting it.
A quite good story, FL suffers from her own and others folly and ends up dying young. Reborn she's having difficulty shedding her previous life worries which is noticed by those who loves her. It's very much a pretty good take on a story about rebirth and 2nd chances.
96 chapters in... story has a good plot & FL is as usual an omnipotent but story lack spices[img=recommend][img=recommend][img=recommend][img=coins]
I like this because it's very realistic. The MC is very human and is capable of showing emotions and weakness. BUT it's getting reaaalllyy Boring. All she does is play and hang out with her senior sisters and brothers. Like, I know that's also important buuuttt There's no action or drama at all so yeah it's Boring AF
This is very interesting and lively novels like this gives me joy and am always happy to be ready to read them. Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu7uuuuuuuuuuuuu7uu

I really like this novel so far. The drawing, characters designs and the writing is pretty good. This novel deserves high rating for sure. keep going.
Current reading. Good plot. FL is strong and smart. A second chance to start over. I hope there isn't too much drama... 😢 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

The start is extremely sad like the other reviews said, but my fav part was the fact that the author hasn't forgotten that the past life effects the present life deeply after rebirth. Unlike other stories the story development is understandable but the story updates too slowly.
Wow! My first negative review on a book, I’m sorry to say. I would have dropped it but I’m too persistent and kept hoping it would get better. It didn’t. It had potential and some good parts but it didn’t outweigh the monotonous and downright boring parts. Translation must have switched over to MTL about half-way through which was quite annoying with all the name and pronoun changing. And as someone else mentioned, since we’re paying for this, WebNovel should at least be providing a quality translation. At first I liked the femal lead’s character. She was tough and decisive. And then it all went downhill from there. The book devolved into paragraph after paragraph and chapter after chapter of the femal lead being praised for being lazy and narcissistic. I don’t mind group pets but good god! These people managed to raise the most self-centered, lazy person ever. And everyone is completely unapologetic about it. All you hear is how she shouldn’t be bothered with making a bed, cooking, cleaning. She should just be happy and go sit in the living room and be taken care of like a 3-year old child. And it’s a shame, because the FL is really smart, talented and capable. This scene was repeated hundreds of times with only a few bits of action that moved the plot along. And finally, I really disliked how she treated her family. I kept hoping she would make the effort to get to know them and realize that they loved her. Instead she wallowed in the pain of her past life and despite knowing that her family was forced to be cold to her, she never forgives them. And by forced, I mean the sorcerer cursed them or put a spell on them. Others were also influenced to turn their backs on her, but she forgives them and even feels guilty. She even somewhat forgave one of the main culprits of her past life’s trouble, but her family, yeah, nothing. The sorcerer destroyed their family, caused them to lose their daughter, the deaths of the grandparents, the mother’s and son’s suicide, and even nightmares in the second life, but somehow it was all their fault that the FL went through an unpleasant situation. Her response was that she was showing her goodwill towards them by not treating them as an enemy and instead treating them as a stranger. I’m not saying what she went through wasn’t sad. Just that you should assign blame where it belongs. Let’s just say the FL lead was not very mature in her outlook on life and how to deal with difficult situations. For her, avoidance was key. She never faced what happened, dealt with her emotions with her family, or learned to grow from her misfortune. Instead she backslid into a spoiled child.
It’s written well and I wanted to like it but there’s no logic at all. I’ve only read 100 chapters but it doesn’t make any sense why FL was tricked by her adopted sister or injured in an accident.
