Chapter 77: Chapter Seventy-Seven

Over and over again the sound persists, but I fight against it. I push back against its pull, letting myself sink deeper in my slumber. I deserve this much don't I?

THUMP!

There it is again, persisting, refusing to let me be. Groaning my eyes peer open, intent on finding the source of the noise.

I'm not certain what to do when I find it but it's so irritating I have to find out anyway.

Eyes open I find myself somewhere I've never been before, the back of Fawn's Jeep. Utterly confused I take a look about, there's someone in the front, two people actually.

BAM!

The noises come with momentum as I'm nearly knocked off what I'm leaning on. Wait...what am I leaning on?

Confused, I take a look down at what I'd been resting my head on, it's a shoulder, one attached to Fawn.
