It was information new to Kyran, and it did not sound good.

Kyran's first question was to give Savagery a false impression of his identity. Any native of a plane would have asked that question from the start unless he already knew their reason, and Kyran did not want to appear he knew why they had come.

His following questions were all made based on her answers. But now that she answered something new, he could not help but feel a sense of dread.

Kyran had a feeling the person Ruin was looking for was not 'him.' Because if it were, the Conclave would have noticed someone seemingly 'powerful' from the Royal Family was looking for him.
