QUEST ARE SHORT AND IN THE MOMENT GENERATED WHILE MISSIONS ARE LONG TERM AND THEREFORE GIVE BETTER REWARDS.
THE SYSTEM IS NOT AND CAN'T BECOME SENTIENT.
