Chapter 351: Clash of Power

The air was thick with tension as Dandeline moved quickly through the darkened corridors, her eyes trying to focus on the path. She had been here for barely a few hours.

The sun was setting outside casting an orange sheen on the sky. A peaceful sight unlike what they were all going through. The battle with the witches was a small one but that would not be the case with Dandeline. Fang only hoped their number had pushed Dandeline off since her powers would find it hard to control so many. When she had cast the spell to control all the wolves of Winterwells during the court hearing she was genuinely tried later. Like too much power was used at the same time. 

No witch had infinite magic. With the number the toll on their body increased. 

That was not necessarily the case with Dandeline. That spell she had cast during the court hearing was something only a high priestess cast because she had the crystal's source of power. Dandeline was still alive after it.
