Chapter 284: Sneaking away the princess

*Selene's PoV* 

Hailey waited for a few seconds before she knocked again. I looked at Fang with worry heavy in my eyes, "if mother is here, she cannot see us together." 

"I am not scared of anyone Selene," Fang grabbed my chin to plant a soft kiss on my lips before he moved away from over me. 

"That is the problem," I said as I quickly corrected my only remaining clothes, "you are not scared of things you should be." There was one thing I knew about my mother, or step mother, if that was correct, she would go to any length to get what she wanted. General remorse lacked in her and anyone would agree to that.

"Why should be scared something weaker than me?" Fang asked as he stopped buttoning his shirt.
