Howls, screams, and cheers surrounded the hall. Every person got up from their chair and bowed to pay their respects. I could not do that, of course. But Fang did not comply either. He rather scoffed at the fact that his half-brother inherited someone's family name instead of extending their own name ahead. 

If I had missed it earlier, I heard them now. 

Loud and clear, the drums rattled the city below the mountain. The castle was just a small climb up the mountain from the city of west Greenland. 

The beats drummed in my chest while everyone stayed silent as they bowed. Hailey was holding up way better than what I had seen in her drunk state a while back. She rather held her chin high, gaze sharp and commanding aura. Like a true Alpha. Like a true leader.
