Chapter 3: First Step
After burying Mr. Kall, Victor and Erik walk home.
"The first step is to acquire knowledge, Kall was a maester his knowledge of medicine and apothecary was high, we can read his books and notes. We should also look around the house for hidden things. So, Erik can make a sonar with mana?" – Victor asks while looking for something in the room.
"I think your control is lacking, maybe at level 10 you can do something like that, we can wait until then. Why don't we take the books and notes and go into our dimension, we can maximize the time we have."
"True, try looking for something hidden and I'll get the books." – Victor goes to his room and picks up everything that is books, notebooks, notes, and anything that might have information. What he finds is mostly basic information books, which Kall was teaching him to read, then a few novels and short stories, what surprised him was a Lys map - "this will be useful." – he gathered everything in his inventory with a single thought – "This is even more useful" – Victor says, laughing.
Finished in his room he goes to Kall's, most of the books are medicine, from basic to advanced, they were old but very well kept, such books are rare and expensive, and cannot be bought by ordinary means, it's a total of 10 linen-wrapped books stored in a box. Other books were apothecary, from basic to intermediate, these books were expensive, and advanced apothecary books were already in the middle of alchemy and only people with a lot of influence could buy these books. The rest was miscellaneous information, but one caught his eye, a bestiary contained information and appearances on various beasts from Lys and some from other free cities. Putting everything away, he leaves the room and finds Erik leafing through an acupuncture manual.
"Victor found things very interesting here, acupuncture, massage, alchemical formulas for strengthening, and a peculiar book." Erik hands the books to Victor that they put in his inventory.
"What is this book?"
"A derivative of this world of kama sutra, but this one contains portions of various sexual purposes, positions and forms of sexual massage, and some spells also sexual." – Erik laughs at Victor's bewildered face – "Fuck, Mr. Kall had a fun youth." – Victor says taking the book and putting it in the inventory while Erik turns off the fireplace and the candles that light the house. – "Ready?" - he asks.
"I am, but I'm going to take care of Kall's garden and herbs, he loved these plants." – Victor goes out one more time and takes the watering can that was in an area suitable for tools, fills it in a well and irrigates the garden, it wasn't big, enough for an old man to eat well and sell the excess. Already his apothecary plantation area was impressive, Kall was a decent apothecary, and his products were cheap resulting in almost everyone in the nearby village buying from him, of course, his herbs, mushrooms, and roots were well cared for and of high quality, Victor was not he had any idea how to take care of them, but from his memories, he knew he had to water them and make sure nothing harmful grew, a bad fungus or a weed. "I am still amazed by this OP system. Reading manga or fanfic is one thing, but living it is another, I feel I can do anything. I can't wait to get deeper into magic."
"Erik, we have everything let's go." – Victor declares and activates his ability.
"Create ID - Temporal Dilation" – and the world is covered with an almost invisible membrane, to disappear a second later as if it hadn't existed.
"Looks like nothing has changed." - Victor asks.
"But it hasn't changed." – Erik pauses and says – "There are no beings here, only people and non-sentient plants."
"Amazing, 4 days in? before we start, explain the HUD better to me, were there 40 people dragged/abducted to different worlds, with Gamer's systems?" – Victor asks while sitting on a bench.
"Exactly 40 different people WISHED to be in another world, so we took action, carrying out wishes, and yes everyone has a system, but how the guide depends on the personality of the Chosen One. You received a human guide and a game-like system, others may receive a text window guide, voice, or like me a chosen clone guide, and what else can you imagine, in the case of the system, it may vary from one system harem-focused, focused on a clearer goal, such as freeing the world or a country from a dictator or dominating a world like a dictator. Entertainment would be our streaming service, but with everything available to the chosen ones, when I say everything is everything, series, movies, books, mangas, animes, videos, etc. Everything, of course, there is no external communication other than communication between chosen ones." – Erik sits down and starts to explain.
Victor, listening to Erik's explanation, starts taking out what they've put in the inventory, placing them on the common room floor after moving the furniture out of place.
"Wait, you say Guild?" – Victor asks.
"Yes, a guild, like a group of people who get together…" – before Erik finishes, he is interrupted by Victor.
"I know what an imbecile guild is, I'm just surprised, that would put a lot of conflict between the chosen ones, you know how it works don't you, even more so with a bunch of OP people. Why puts this option?" – asks the chosen one with apprehension.
"Hehe, why not, you know, OP immortals in an eternal conflict for supremacy, if that's not so funny." – concludes Erik while separating materials by categories, books, scrolls, recipes, teaching volumes, maps, general and specific information, etc.
"It kind of makes sense, I understand why the function. But then since my life is a game if I'm the first to make a Guild I can win something right?" – Victor asks when he looks at what they have separated.
"Well thought out, I think so. Well, let's try." – Erik then gets up and opens a blue screen with the acronym H.U.D in the middle.

"So complex. What do you mean a haven/home for the chosen ones?" – Victor asks as he starts to answer the options.
"Hmm, let's say that when an adventure ends, the chosen ones go to others, and in this time between migrations, the chosen ones can stay on guild land or other places, but that's for another time. Now, all these options minus the name are paid, of course, you can make the guild anyway, but it won't be different from a select chat group, as a discord. You can see that the admin is the cheapest it costs G$1,000 and the most expensive is 1 million, the admin role is self-explanatory he manages everything in the guild serving as boss or manager of all sectors, he can have high servants rank to assist you in your duties. HerPingus Hi Victor here, I apologize for the delay, but college along with the internship took a lot of my time. This chapter was written on different days of this month so it can be a little awkward continuity, if you find something out of place just send a message and I'll fix it. But now, with the end of this semester, I can dedicate myself more to this story. I'm very excited about the new Spin off GOT series “House off the Dragon” because it will have a storyline focused on dragonriders and Valyria something I thought about when I was planning this story, for this reason my protagonist is a descendant and a noble clan dragonrider, hope this series gives me a lot of ideas on how to proceed.
