Power capable ranking:
The Power-Capable Ranking measures the individual power and abilities of each species. It is divided into 10 levels, with each level representing a significant increase in power and ability. The divisions are:
Level 1: Weakest
Level 2: Weak
Level 3: Average
Level 4: Above Average
Level 5: Strong
Level 6: Very Strong
Level 7: Elite
Level 8: Ultimate
Level 9: Godly
Level 10: Supreme
The rankings are determined by a combination of factors, including innate abilities, mastery of techniques and skills, and personal power level. As a species progresses through the levels, they gain access to new abilities, skills, and techniques, as well as increased power and durability. The higher the level, the more rare and powerful the species becomes.
