Chapter 178: The Lost Throne

"Aren't maids like that. Hm, then what's your point in coming here. I heard you only wanted to buy groceries for your Empire that was in a state of disaster."

Evan was relieved that the guards didn't mind Velorina who didn't have an ID card.

"Ah, it's actually done. But Emperor Rassler just called me to ask the Snowhands Guild to grant the permission to create a guild in the Southern Empire and send some expert adventurers there. That's why my maid and I will be staying a few days in Capital City to make the permit." Evan tried to trick the guard with the excuse he just made up.

"Hmm, that sounds good. But before that you will be examined first. Please come closer." The guard directed Evan towards an altar with a fairly large white crystal on it.

"Put your hand here, sir." The guard asked Evan to place his palm against the Crystal.
