Startled by the last sentence, Fiyah gives Skotos a look of astonishment.

"Yes. I know you love her.", says Skotos in response to Fiyah's shocked expression.

"...and she loves you too. Always has. It was too glaringly obvious to not notice. But apparently, you are far too blind to see what is right before you! Hah.", he chuckles.
