Chapter 138: Kage Summit

Akihiko, Tsunade and Shizune left a day later than the rest of the Kages due to Akihiko telling them both that there was no problem arriving there as early as the other kages.
Currently, Akihiko was running at full speed while he held Shizune in a princess carry tightly. Tsunade was hugging his neck and locked her legs around his waist.
"Slow down! Slow down, you bastard!" Tsunade yelled as Akihiko just laughed.
"Isn't this fun? Running at this speed makes you enjoy the cool breeze." Akihiko said as he closed his eyes.
"Fun my ass! I am about to die here. AHHHH! A rock! Akihiko, there's a rock!" Tsunade yelled out loud. At the speed where they were going, if Akihiko hit the rock, Shizune would die and Tsunade would suffer injuries as well.
Akihiko continued running towards the rock but then dodged it at a close distance.
Soon, Akihiko laughed loudly.
"Alright. Stop squeezing my neck." Akihiko said while Tsunade just snorted.
"Your neck is too hard anyway." Tsunade just answered.
"We're arriving in the Land of Iron in a minute." Akihiko informed them as Tsunade asked Shizune.
"Shizune, earlier, were you not afraid?"
"Of course, Lady Tsunade. But I trust Akihiko." Shizune answered with a smile and a nod without any hesitation.
"Geez, I don't even know what to reply." Tsunade muttered.
"But that's a good reason though." Tsunade continued as she nodded.
"Hehe."
Soon, the three arrived at the tower where the Kage Summit would be held. The reason why the Kage Summit was held in the Land of Iron which was neutral ground. Their ideologies are different from shinobis and there is also the fact that the Land of Iron's samurais were quite formidable. Therefore, there was an agreement among shinobi to not interfere with the Land of Iron.
"Shall we go up now?" Akihiko asked as Shizune and Tsunade both nodded.
"Sure." x2
The two answered as they all started walking up the stairs. After 1 minute, they arrived at the top of the tower. 3 other groups have arrived before Akihiko, Shizune and Tsunade. The three kages were already sitting on their seats as they waited for others to come.
Ay, the Raikage, Gaara, the Kazekage and Mei Terumi, the Mizukage have already arrived.
Tsunade went over and sat at the place for the Hokage.
"You finally arrived, Fifth Hokage."
"Yeah. How are you doing, Raikage?" Tsunade asked as Ay answered.
"Fine." Ay answered as he looked at Akihiko who was walking upstairs where the guardians of the Kages will be standing. He subconsciously rubbed his back as he remembered his back injury caused by Akihiko.
Gaara let out a quiet chuckle as he also followed Raikage's line of sight. Soon, the Tsuchikage arrived.
"Place your hats on the table. We are here today because the Raikage called for this meeting. I am Mifune. Now, the meeting will begin."
Gaara was the one who talked first.
"I am a former host of the Tailed Beast. Akatsuki captured me and extracted the Tailed Beast from my body. I would have lost my life if it weren't for a certain someone." He said as he looked at Akihiko, who was chatting with Shizune and Temari upstairs, for a second.
"So, I believe that the Akatsuki is very dangerous."
Akihiko, who was chatting with Shizune and Temari, shook his head as he thought, 'Most of the Akatsukis have been either subdued or killed by me. I also prevented Sasuke from going to the dark path, so well, everything is fine.'
'And, now, isn't it the time for Zetsu to appear?' Akihiko questioned. Just as he finished, Zetsu popped out of the ground in the middle of the meeting.
"HALLOUUUUUU!" Zetsu greeted them all with a grin on his face as he spun around. All of the kage guardians, except for Akihiko, appeared in front of the kages to defend them. Akihiko was standing behind Tsunade while staring at Zetsu, wondering what he would say since Sasuke didn't infiltrate the Kage Meeting.
"Does your toothpaste have salt in it?" He asked as everyone became dumbfounded.

'What the hell is this question?' They thought.
"I am just here to declare war on you all. We will capture the remaining tailed beasts and flatten you all to the ground. That's all. Bye~" Zetsu quickly declared war and then left while the others were still dumbfounded.
[a/n: What a sigma zetsu. Leaves without elaborating after declaring war.]
*BANG*
The Raikage smashed his fist into the table as there was a hole in the table. Zetsu suddenly appeared again as he said, "Daddy chill."
This made Ay want to kill Zetsu as he arrived in front of Zetsu and punched his face. The White Zetsu died because of his "Daddy chill."
"Raikage, you should have captured him alive for interrogation." Mei Terumi said as Raikage turned around and looked at her.
"He trespassed and infiltrated the Kage Meeting to declare war. He should die. Do you have any problem with that?" He asked as the two sides were tense.
The guardians of both Kages were ready to fight at any moment.
"Why are you fighting just because of a small matter? We should be discussing his declaration of war." Tsunade said as the Tsuchikage, Onoki, picked a fight with her.
"Heh, Hokage, even if there was a fight, what can you do? The guardian that you brought even hid behind you." He said as he looked at Akihiko with ridicule.
'*Sigh* Stupid old fool.' The Raikage, Ay; Kazekage, Gaara and Tsunade all sighed in their mind. They have witnessed how strong Akihiko was.
"Tsuchikage, the Hokage is right. We should be discussing the war and Akatsuki. What made them confident enough to declare the war?"
"Even if they captured the Tailed Beasts, they will not be able to control them in such a short time. The hosts must grow with the Tailed Beasts to control them." Mei Terumi said.
"Even then, only my grandfather, Hashirama Senju, Madara Uchiha, Fourth Mizukage, Yagura and Killer B can be said to truly control the Tailed Beasts." Tsunade said as Ay, Gaara and Mei Terumi nodded.
"Tsk. They are all from your villages." Onoki said.
"Alright then, now let's talk-" Ay was starting to discuss but Akihiko cut him off.
"Come out."
Everyone turned towards Akihiko, confused about what he meant.
Suddenly, there was a spiral pattern in the space as a figure appeared from it.
It was Obito wearing the new white mask with ripple patterns on it. The mask had three holes shaped as a tomoe. The two holes showed his sharingan and rinnegan while the third hole was empty.
"As expected of you, you managed to discover me." Obito, who was imitating the voice of Madara, said.
"T-This voice….. It can't be!" Onoki, who had fought Madara before, knew the power Madara possessed.
"Uchiha Madara!" Onoki shouted as everyone was in their fighting stance.
"The wounds from the battle with Hashirama Senju were too deep. Right now, I am weakened."
"Are you trying to regain your full power?"
"Yes and no. I plan to have everything become one with me. That means, achieving a complete form, in which all are united."
"What does that mean?"
"Well, there is a monument passed down among the Uchiha Clan for generations. Secrets left by the Sage of Six Paths are recorded there. Only our eyes can decode the messages. The Mangekyou can decode more than a sharingan while the Rinnegan can decode even more than a Mangekyou." Obito said.
"Uchiha Madara, you have the Mangekyou Sharingan while the leader of Akatsuki had the Rinnegan. You must know everything written there." Mei Terumi said.
"The Sage of Six Paths saved the world from a monster. Gaara, you were once the host of a part of the monster. The Ten Tails. The Sage of Six Paths was the jinchuuriki of the Ten Tails. That's the reason he was called a god."
"So, you are trying to gather all nine tailed beasts to restore the Ten Tails?" Tsunade asked as Obito nodded.
"Yes. I am going to become the jinchuuriki of the Ten Tails. I will cast a massive-scale genjutsu that will be reflected from the moon's surface. The Infinite Tsukuyomi. I will cast the genjutsu upon all of humanity and become one with the world." Obito said as he spread his arms wide.
"It will be a world without conflict. A world without hatred. That is 'The Eye of the Moon Plan.'"
Everyone was shocked after hearing it.
"Peace created by illusions is nothing more than a lie." Gaara said as Obito ignored him.
"Now, why don't you cooperate with me and hand over the Tailed Beasts. Otherwise, there will be war."
"I will not hand the Tailed Beasts over to you." Tsunade was the first person who replied. Her eyes were filled with determination.
"I will also not hand over my brother and Yugito Nii." Ay said as Obito scoffed.
The other kages also agreed.
"Very well. In that case, I hereby declare the Fourth Great Ninja War. Next time we meet, it will be on the battleground." Obito then teleported away.
"Kages, I suggest we have an alliance. It is something concerning all of humanity." Mifune suggested.
"I agree." x5
"Let's start our preparations."
After 2 hours, the discussion was finished. Akihiko bid farewell to Temari, Gaara, Kankuro and Ay. Afterward, he left with Tsunade and Shizune.
Before he left, he also winked at Mei Terumi.
"Tsuchikage, let me give you some advice. Do not try to mess with that man. You will be the one to suffer losses. Let's go." Ay then left.
"I agree. Shukaku once told me that Akihiko had beaten him to submission before." Gaara said before leaving with Temari and Kankuro.
"Tsk." Onoki also left.
"What an interesting young man. He's handsome and strong, according to Raikage and Kazekage. Maybe, I don't have to search too hard for a husband after all."
