"What took you so long, Khufu?" The Queen was asking him while he was still in the state in which he had come back from the forest.
"Son?" She touched his shoulder when he didn't answer her.
"Huh?" He snapped back to reality and turned his face around towards his mother. "You were saying something, mother?"
"Is there a problem?" She frowned, looking at his clueless faces. Since she had come to his chamber, he wasn't paying attention to her and what she was saying.
"No, there isn't any. I am just…tired." He placed his untouched tea cup on the table and stood up from the sofa. "I would like to get some rest now."
Even though the Queen found it a little strange, she didn't persist and stood up as well. "Sure, you may rest now. We'll talk tomorrow."
