"Okay, I'm listening," Lia said to Alexander.

She knew there had to be something but she also knew she was the cause of all this, but this time she was hoping he wasn't in such a state because of her. Not that she would do anything to stop it, but she was just hoping, it wasn't wrong to do so, right?

"I know you're curious about why you were attacked, or why everything has been chaotic. I know you are smart darling and while I respect that you haven't ever doubted me or asked questions, you need to know something else…" Alex said, catching her attention.
