Chapter 170: First Masterpiece

Mike and Sun Yu's trip to Kyoto took almost half a day. It was already afternoon by the time they arrived at their apartment.

Despite feeling excited, Mike decided not to go to the Alchemy Association headquarters immediately. He put it off for later in the evening.

"Sun Yu, what are you cooking right now? Aren't you feeling tired? It's fine if we eat instant noodles." Mike lay lazily on the sofa and looked towards the kitchen.

"Instant noodles are not good for our bodies, Mike-sama. I'm saving it for emergencies only. If there's no urgency, then we'll just eat healthy and fresh food. Please wait a moment, I'm cooking a surprise for you." Sun Yu raised her ladle spoon and went back to dealing with her cooking. She wanted to try a new recipe to hone her skills in pampering Mike's taste buds with her dishes.

"All right..." Mike just let Sun Yu do what he wanted.
