The Village and the hidden leaf
Once the mist had faded away, hakuin could be seen shielding himself with his dark hand. The faint crack could be seen on the translucent shield. The bandits went silent, for this battle hadn't gone their way.
The rogue Shinobi muscle went intense, for his job had gone harder. While spacing out in the middle of a battle, hakuin dash into the bandit group, wildly slashing his katana. Unaware of his vitality being drain from him. The Shinobi jumps into action, trying to stop the rampage.
After a few minutes of crashing into a group of bandits. A few bodies skewed with their guts spilling onto the floor as they laid mercilessly with their eyes wide open. Hakuin holds onto his katana with a few various wounds from the bandit. The shinobi was fuming as he gazes at the damage that been done. He furiously glares at hakuin until suddenly he breaks into a fit of laughter.
Hakuin starts realizing his condition as his vision starts to blur. He silently pulls out staff from the 'box' he had gained from the merchant. Who had mysteriously gifted him during the time she had left. The shinobi reckless without a hint of caution walks to hakuin. He grabs hakuin hair and begins to talk to him.
"Ha! You didn't expect my blade to be poison? Tsk should have stayed in the academy. Now say goodbye!" Raising his kunai blade in the air.
At the right moment, hakuin slams his staff into the shinobi while casting a soul arrow into his stomach. Causing a giant hole to appear, the bandits leap into terror. As they begin to flee due to them losing their only ninja. Soon after hakuin falls to the floor unconscious.
While unconscious he hears a young female voice pleading to an older woman. Who reluctantly agrees as they lift hakuin from the ground.
Hakuin wearily sets up as he holds over his wound which seemed to be bandage, a young girl holding a ninja badge on her forehead of the leaf smile softly at him. She shouts for another older ninja as she walks in. "lady Tsunade, his awake" she grunts in in acknowledgment as she rubbed her eyes while still being half asleep, she stares at him, "you're the one who killed that shinobi weren't you?" Hakuin wearily nods as he panics realizing his katana was gone. Tsunade burst out laughing as she points at the blade lying next to wall. Hakuin finally relaxes as the young kunoichi stares at him with sparkling eyes " how did you kill him? when you have no chakra veins? are you from the land of iron?" as she starts spewing bunch of question until lady Tsunade smacks her heard "leave the boy to rest and come, time to train" dragging her away.
Hakuin sighs as he stares at his wrist as his soul jumped to 150 since the shinobi was quite a half-baked Genin, while pondering as a new screen showed up in his face as his stats went like this

Attunement 10 - mana pool is less than a Genin chakra (can equip at least 2 spells)
He sighs at his capability as he realized how weak he was while also realizing two new items he had received 150 Ryō and 3 effigy that seem like a seed with small orb inside that seem to almost be screaming, he stares at it, almost.... hungry as if his body craved it as he crushes while hearing an agony scream, staring in wonder as his wound were completely healed and for his flesh no longer reeked of rotten flesh. He lays back in confusion and wondering of his future as he stares at the group of leaf ninjas training.
