Chapter 78: NEW MINISTRIES

What I was witnessing now was the monthly combat competition that was currently in its final stages. Both the combatants were surprisingly the new ministers that had taken over the seats of their fathers in my council. I will be the first to admit that when I decided to enforce this rule on all the old ministers, I had little to no hope of the people that would be taking their place. Add on to that my new plans of everyone being physically and intellectually ready for the world outside, I genuinely felt that most of these noble heirs would be too lazy and will be replaced once their training period ends.
