"She is your niece after all. You have responsibility towards her, so you have no option." Samuel said after a moment. 

"I do." Anna said and gently shook her head as she smiled. 

Though this guy is annoying, he does have a soft side. 

Above all, they have something in common. 

He will do anything for his daughter Hazel just like how she was ready to do anything for her son. 

And, they are single parents. 

She lost her son and he was about to lose his daughter if her illness was not treated at the time. 

Both of them know the pain of losing their children and most importantly, they both hate Ethan. 

"How's your grandparent's investigation going on?" Samuel asked , changing the topic. 

"Justin is helping me with it." Anna answered. 

"Hmm." Samuel responded. 

"You seem so interested in my grandparents death." Anna said. 

"Am I? I am just being a good brother in law to you." Samuel said.
