They stayed in that position for some time before Jane finally broke the hug but Liam still held her in his hands.

She looked up to him and finally composed herself,

"Liam, I have had a relationship before that the whole country knew about. I devoted myself in the relationship and gave it my all but it seemed like the I was the only one interested in it."

Liam kept quiet as he listened to the girl speak, patiently.

"I planned to give my all to him on our wedding night but the man chose to seek pleasure elsewhere without even battling an eye lid, tell me Liam, true love doesn't exist right?"

Her eyes were starting to tear up by now but Liam gently stroked her hair, waiting for her to say all that is in her heart.
