Chapter 287: I was always a noble lady

Theo's POV: 

I woke up to the noise of Serena arguing loudly with a man. For a moment, I suffered as I thought that my so-called father had found me here. But this man's voice wasn't very harsh like that of my father's. The man did sound mad, but his tone had a little warmth and tenderness towards Serena. 

Ivory, on the other hand, was sleeping next to me as if she wasn't at all bothered by the noise outside. I quietly slid down from the mattress and went near the door. I slightly opened the door and saw the scenery outside. 

A not-so-blonde-haired man who was wearing golden armor was speaking to Serena. He was tall, muscular, and had the grace of a warrior man. But unlike Oberon, his eyes didn't have the darkness in them. They were gleaming clear blue like that of a sapphire crystal.
