Chapter 107: The Legend of the Anti-Angels

Celestia's POV: 

I half-heartedly got back into the artifacts room. Cynthia gave me a smirk when she noticed me, and then she continued to read her grimoire. I still don't feel very comfortable facing her again. 

But as Theo said, this is not the time to fight. Something terrible is going to happen in the upcoming days, and it is not going to benefit anyone if I put up a fight with her. And Theo sees her as his mother, and I must respect her too!

"My suspicions have come true," Cynthia said while she had her gaze on Theo. "Lilin has got the powers of the Nephilim now."

Even Theo trembled after he heard that. I was stunned to my bones. 

"You are not serious, are you?" Theo asked her in a shaky voice. 

Did I just sense panic in his tone? This is even more surprising than the fact that Lilin has got the powers of the Nephilim.
