The sun rises from the horizon, and I close my eyes as I see the blinding light coming from the sun and gradually turned my head to the crowd. As I scan the palace ground, I can see my remaining fellow candidates looking at me with mixed emotions, and I can see my roommates, Princess Everly, Princess Pinky, Princess Kim, and Princess Aliyah is wearing the same expressions on their faces. They looked at me with concern and worries, while some of my fellow aspirants are staring at me with awe while others are glaring at me, and I can see the contempt and hate, especially Princess Keira and her cousins.
